Harrison is still sick — running a fever of 102. I’m trying to keep it down and break it, but with no luck. He was in our room at 3 this morning because he was burning up — poor dude! I had contractions up until about 2:30 this morning and then they finally subsided a bit and then Harrison was in there at 3, so we didn’t get much sleep last night.
I have had more contractions today, but they are very far apart and not in any regular pattern.
In good news: we are ordering the carpet today. They came and measured last week and called us with the quote today. It will be installed a week from Saturday, most likely, which means we have a week and a half to finish the rest of the house. I’m heading over there tomorrow to strip wall paper and take off all the outlet covers and door handles (they are all being replaced). I hope it all goes well.
Oh, and I’m having SO much fun doing the embroideries on the quilt I’m working on that I talked about a few posts back. The embroideries are a lot easier than I thought they would be, so I’m having a great time doing this. I think I surprised Brian that I am actually working on them. Anyway, that’s it from here.
